Yes, usually maxing out turbos will bring them into their inefficient range, however these particular ones go up to 35 psi according to the compressor map. With the VG30 plotted to it, it will definitely fall off on the higher RPMs if this much boost would be pushed, but at least up to 6000-6500 RPM and at 25 psi, they should remain greater than 70% efficient. It'd be nice to see what would happen at higher boost levels with enough octane and the right tuning... just for shits and giggles, even if less boost and more timing yielded greater results (in this case, I don't think it would however).
